Here's my issue.
I designed an electronic circuit (mask image) using the software Eagle, and sadly it has no option of printing the same image twice next to each other on one page.
I tried printing each image as separate printouts direct from Eagle but the results were not good.
What I'm ultimately trying to do is create a dark mask on transparent paper, and the only way I can do it successfully is to line up two sheets of transparencies with my mask printed on it. The printer I'm using is a brother laser.
One method I tried is to print from Eagle to a pdf printer then use the convert tool in unix (with -density 600) option along with Kolorpaint. I was able to put both masks on the same page and the lining up was correct, however the overall printout seemed to be 90% of normal size yet I used no options to scale or shrink the image.
So what I need to know is, given that I can print from any program to a pdf-printer (meaning instead of printing to an actual printer, a PDF file of the printout is created), What would be the best method in linux to use to make an exact 1:1 copy of an image (in the PDF file) and print both images at a 1:1 scale on the same page?
