I've typed a book using Word 2010 Starter. I want to upload it on Creatspace, the trim size is 6" wide x 9" high. I've used some free Primo PDF software to convert it to a PDF file which thankfully gives you the option of keeping images at 300dpi. However, Primo seems to be enlarging the 6 x 9 size to around 8 x 12 which has distorted one of my images making it unprintable. I don't know if it's Primo, but the staff at createspace said the file I submitted was 8 x 12. Yet the Word document I converted to PDF was 6 x 9.

Does anyone know how to prevent Primo enlarging my page size? Primo has limited functions as it was free, and Word 2010 is the Starter edition, so that too has limited options.
