Two options.


Buy the font with a license that allows the use you need. You can purchase it from fonts.com here (it is available with an app or server license, one of which should cover you for what you need, be sure to read the licenses though). It is available elsewhere so you may want to shop around.
Find a similar font. With regards to the other version you found; "identical metrics" is a bit ambiguous but should actually mean "looks the same", or at least similar in proportions and size etc. Comparing the fonts shows some differences in details but the Wine Tahoma font was designed as a drop-in replacement for the original so the differences are subtle or unnoticeable at smaller sizes.

You can also use something like WhatTheFont or Identifont to find a similar font.
