I have a project in Illustrator CC 2017 where i've used the blending mode "lighten" for other objects. The problem is that i want to draw without this blending mode but for some reason Illustrator keeps using this "lighten" (the fill and opacity values for the elements are still set to normal or at least display so and opacity is to 100%). The weird thing is that it only happens when the two objects are in two specific separate layers. If they are in the same layer they blend normally.
How do I get them to not blend anymore?
