Is there basically an inverse of the "Outline Path" operation?

I have a particular shape which is filled with basically even paths, but they've been outlines. I'm using a particular program that needs them as actual paths to operate appropriately.

Is there any way to automatically convert those outlines to simple paths, or am I going to be stuck recreating the image?
