I want to create 2D rage animation video like the one in this video -

I have two questions-


Which software should I use to make the video? I have used Blender, Filmora and Active Presenter. But I don't find an easy enough way to achieve such a video using these software. Please suggest a software to create such a video and hint me about how to go about it.(not too much in detail, just brief me about it)
Where can I get the rage faces? I downloaded the ones from http//www.memes.at/allinone . But that did not contain the rage faces used in the video (the poor guy face and rich guy face with cap). Plus how do I animate the face? Like moving their eyebrows to deposit different expressions.


Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
