I need to prepare a photo for print. I know I will need to use FOGRA27 as the CMYK color space. But when I convert to profile FOGRA27 I get several spots in the picture where the ink limit is around 350% (I need max 300, better even 280). I know I can convert using a custom profile, select EuroScale Uncoated, GCR Light, type in the ink limit manually, but then it's not FOGRA27 anymore. What is the proper workflow for this problem, how to set an ink limit within FOGRA27?
