I got a question regarding colours pallet/preferences in Photoshop.

Please look at the difference in terms of dark blue / black colours at the bottom.


In the original source material the difference is much bigger but again - I cannot save a picture properly to show it to you guys (this pic I captured using Windows Snipping Tool, it still looks better than Image directly from Photoshop, this is pretty odd).

Do you guys could share some tips how to handle this problem? I am using Windows Photo Viewer to preview my images. When I am uploading my work on DeviantArt I guess colours are pretty close (alike?) to those from Photo Viewer.

I tried to follow advices about this kind of problems ("save as web" etc) but it didn't help.
The .psd file has set Image->Mode to RGB Colours. I have also option 8bits/channel chosen (I think this is a default anyway).

Any help will be appreciate!
