I'm trying to apply different cell options to cells in a table, and when I go to Table > Cell Options (regardless of whether or not a cell is currently selected) all of the cell options are grayed out. Any ideas how to fix/access them?

Edit: I'm trying to apply these to graphic cells in InDesign CC
