I have in photoshop three layers.

Background layer.

Content layer.

Frame layer - this layer contains frame which is 100 x 50 pixels.
I need border around them (150 x 100 pixels), which removes content layer in this area. I try selecting area around frame and then cut the layer, and this work, but this is not acceptable, because I want aprox. 30 frames in picture, and I dont know exact position of frames now.

Make your selection on content Layer.

Press Ctrl J, This will make a copy, put this new layer under the frame Layer.

Select the frame Layer and press Ctrl E, this will join these two layers.
