I have a staff directory in an Excel sheet, and I've designed the formatting in Adobe Illustrator. How do I make the PDF or AI updatable based on the Excel sheet? As in, if a line is removed or added in the excel, or details changed, how would I get the creative file to reference it, update it, and export a new version?

Is there a way to do this so that someone who isn't a designer can make changes, such as the HR Manager or Front Desk?

All names referenced are examples.
