I'm working on some animations for my new website. Due to web limitations (unless you know better), there is no cross browser support for transparent background videos, so I'm limited to h.264 MP4 exports.
My proces is fairly simple. Make the animation in a random application, start up Adobe Premiere, place the PSD/PNG mockup as base and the animation on top of it. Due to no transparent option, I put a coloured layer behind, corresponding to the design and I then click export.
The color value of the actual background is the same RGB values as used in the background of Premiere. Yet there is obvious colour differences visible and I do not understand how to fix that.
So that's my question: How do I make sure the color is consistent across all various media types and applications?
