I need to create 51 versions of the same image (one for each US state). The only difference between the images will be the title text ("Graph for California", "Graph for Iowa", etc). After editing the title I need to export each image as a PNG and name it according to the state.

Is there a way to automate this? I tried looking into Photoshop Actions/macros but couldn't find anything.
