I have objects that I've created that have multiple colors that I want to lay on my background quickly. My current workflow is grab my smart object out of my library, reseize, and then move where I need to. The duplication of that object involves going to the menu and hitting duplicate then moving it.

What I'm looking for is the ability to lay these multicolored objects like brushes. Ie have the size set and click multiple times on a layer to lay these objects. As far as I know the only way to do this with brushes is to have the entire brush as one color.

Is there any way with photoshop to quickly lay my objects that have multiple colors on a layer?
