I want to create perspective-rotated screenshots of my app to show it on landing page. I had this idea that I could add thickness to transformed images. By that I mean for every pixel on visible edges, draw a line of the same color, at certain angle. I made an example to show what I mean, please excuse the quality, I wouldn't be asking if I knew how to do this right.Note that the edge colors are rough estimates, I'd like it to actually match every pixel on the edge.



Is there a technique, script that would allow me to easily create thickness effect for any image?

Also if you know of any examples of images like that, please let me know.

I use GIMP, but I will get Photoshop if that's what it takes.
