I have a double sided PDF that needs the front and back to align (mostly) perfectly. This PDF will be downloaded by random people who will take it to random printers, and I'd like to ensure it's correct for them.


I've printed it at home and it prints properly.
I took it to a local Staples ("big box" office supplies shop) and had it printed on 100lb paper and it was off by 1/16". The lady suggested that the 100lb paper needed to be manually flipped, which would cause this. We printed on the 65lb paper and it printed perfectly.
I took it to another local Staples, on the 65lb paper, and it was off by 1/16" again.


I've checked that there is no scaling of the image.

Is there anything I can do to help get this document printed more consistently by random people who might download my PDF?
