I manage a design team that contracts with businesses who outsource their graphic design work. We currently use JarHQ (created by Design Pickle) but it's buggy and doesn't integrate with Zapier so we can't create workflow automations. I'm looking for other alternatives, but not having much luck. Here's what I need out of the software:
Ability for clients to submit projects. It would also be great to be able to add a company who has several points of contact that each could submit requests under the same company.
Zapier Integration or webhooks. I need to be able to integrate the software into our workflow, send notifications through slack etc.
Role-based user accounts. I'd like to be able to only give designers access to projects that they're assigned to.
Cloud Storage integration for file storage. Dropbox, Box, etc.
The ability to automatically assign a specific designer to all requests from a specific company would be a plus.
Does anyone know of any software that does these things? I imagine with all of the unlimited graphic design services as of late there must be some type of platform all of them are using, unless they're designing it themselves.
