Would it be possible to programmatically export PNGs based on various clipping masks of the same image?

For example:
You have some graphic art with a number of pink rectangles in a layer on top.

Then once you have done I'm not sure what, you have exported PNGs of the clipping mask of each rectangle.

Is this possible? Does anyone know of a script that does this?
