I made those layers using pen but there seems like there are white pixelated lines between these layers. I know there are voids or the paths that doesn't meet well in the outline mode, I tried to use the shape builder to re-make the layers but it didn't go well with me, is there any way I can draw these layers accurately without having a space or even overlap between them ? I tried using the merge in pathfinder to perfectly align those layers, but when I save the file as PDF, the problem is worse. I tried to put shapes behind those areas with white lines, it did work but it is not good for laser cutting purposes and I want my logo clean, I tried to copy the same layers and paste it behind and it worked very well in printing, so can i do that without affecting anything, because i also tried the offset path and it totally failed.
