I am trying to prepare a magazine for online publishing via InDesign’s Publish Online. We have a file for the cover, Pages 1–2 and 19–20 out of 20, and one file for the content, Pages 3–18.

I thought it might be easiest to put it into a book and then publish the whole thing online. For that to happen though I would need to know how to but I haven't found a tutorial how to do so.

My two-part question is:


Can Publish online within InDesign publish IDMB files?
Can I split the first file in two via the Book option, or do I have to make two separate files and then merge them?
