How do you change the number of points on a shape in Pixelmator for iPad?

I created a five-pointed shape in Pixelmator Pro for iPad, but I need it to be six-pointed shape. There is a blue dot inside the shape which I can touch that says "Points: 5" but I can't figure out how to manipulate that, or change the number of points. Anything I do after touching that blue dot just drags the shape along the canvas.
