I have already asked 2 questions here about exporting pixel perfect icons in different sizes. So far, I've understood you need to start to design the smallest size and then scale it up to other sizes. Now, I've designed my icon in the smallest dimensions using align to pixel grid (so it's pixel perfect), and I need larger sizes.

Users here commented / answered to my those questions that I should keep in mind multiples / base size / grids / even or odd widths of elements of a design and always scale up in terms of multiples. Now, simply I say, I don't know how to do it. But I will NEVER say I can't do it. I just need one good article or a good answer that explains this process, maybe using a simplest example. I tried Googling a lot, but couldn't find such thing.

So is there any article or answer that anyone knows about?

PS: This maybe a stupid question as a beginner. I kindly request you to not to mark this as duplicate. I really want to learn it. I don't like blurred icons :(

For vectors, you can scale up from small.

For pixel images, you need to start giant and scale down.

Pixels don't enlarge well - they get blurry, as you've noticed. So you need to start with the largest possible pixels captured in the original. Then go down.
