I have a set of images (mainly people with hair clearly visible) and I want to extract hair out of it.
I am doing it in a normal way of using the selection tool, lasso etc.
What is happening is that I am not able to get an accurate segmentation and the fizzy hair which is spread is either cut out or is not accurate with background still visible behind the hair.

Can you guys suggest a better method of doing it?

You can see there are irregularities in the second pic on the right side of it.
