I want to track my website's position in Google's search results for around 50 keywords/phrases and I am looking to a nice web service or Windows application to automate this process.
Ideally, I want to see pretty Javascript or Flash line graphs for my keywords and their positions.
I'm currently free-trialing Raven Tools and Sheer SEO but I am not particularly impressed with either.
My budget is up to £25-30/-40 per month for a decent rank checker.

SERP Tracker for your own server, just place it on your server and if you need over 30 or so keywords, just start adding proxies...super cheap and excellent way to track your SERPs.
Google has a serp tracking tool, Google Webmaster Tools
Lots of pretty graphs but you are limited to those keywords that people are actually using to find your site. If your site is optimized for SEO those keywords should be the same ones you want to track anyway.
logo tinyurl.com/cuterankcheckertool CuteRank is a FREE keyword rank checker tool (software) designed to batch automatically check keyword positions and track keyword ranking performance on multiple search engines including Google, Yahoo, Bing (MSN), Ask, and AOL. CuteRank review.
I like free tools and found this SERP checker that is very simple, free and efficient:
www.positeo.com/check-position/
The Plus:
It's free
you get the details of the SERP ranking on the different Google datacenters.
The Minus:
the page is in French, but you can check google ranking on different countries and languages.
you need to check manually.
(I have no interest on this site and do not know these people; I just like the tool)
I used many software in the past and no one really fit my need but I can suggest one of the following:
WebCEO: the desktop software is feature rich but sluggish and a bit expensive. It's charts are horrible IMHO. They also provide a web version of the app with a modern and slick interface.
RankTracker: fast and with a good set of features, nice charts included. You can try it for free.
Free Monitor for Google: freeware and pretty fast, can track only Google SERPs. No charts.
By the way the standard disclaimer applies: Scraping Google SERPs is against Google TOS.
