It's a script kiddie looking for exploits. You can get some fun at him
Redirect rules for .htaccess
redirect /cgi-sys get.a.life redirect /cgi-bin get.a.life redirect /scripts get.a.life redirect /MSADC get.a.life redirect /c get.a.life redirect /d get.a.life redirect /_mem_bin get.a.life redirect /msadc get.a.life redirect /MSOffice get.a.life redirect /_vti_bin get.a.life redirectMatch (.*)cmd.exe$ get.a.life
I would search your source code for cgi-sys maybe something is linking to that folder? Otherwise contact your hosting provider and ask them why that log entry is appearing. You can also try to access the cgi-sys folder from your browser and see if it generates that error. Maybe it's a bot scanning your site.
