I've been asked to build a design that has a "share this" area like below:

I've built every aspect except the Email part of it -- any idea how best to do that? I've found getmailcounter.com/, but that displays a counter above. I'd personally just do a link, but it seems they're wanting some sort of analytics built in...

Failing that, does anyone know of some sort of sharing system that looks like that and has all of those options? I'd just use AddThis, but its designs don't look very close to that... Thanks!
