Many people associate social media with the likes of Facebook and Twitter, but social media is actually term used to describe the actions of individuals or businesses interacting with others online, for example technically a forum online can be also described as social media since the interactions of people on forums are similar to those on the likes of Twitter, and Facebook.

Social media is forever increasing among the worlds population and has created buzz-worlds such as 'Going Viral'.
