I'm adding my website to Google Search Console (Google Webmaster Tools) but noticed that no data has been retrieved since I submitted my website in October of 2015.

Should I add all possible links of my website as properties for:

HTTP and HTTPS
www and non-www

So should I have 4 properties for my website that only has one sitemap? And what links should I have in my sitemap: HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www ones?
Which is the best practice so that I'll get the most benefits out of Google Search Console?
