Currently, I have my website deployed on a private server, but I'm looking to move to a "real" web hosting service to better serve my readers.

I kind of believe in good encryption on the web.

Unfortunately I couldn't find a hosting service that shares this conviction. I've currently configured HTTPS, HSTS, HPKP, but can't find any service where I could duplicate this setup. Is there one?

I'm specifically looking for a web-hosting service (instead of a VPS), because one of the reasons for this move is to avoid having to manually install security updates all the time.

Note: I'm a hobbyist, so while any suggestions are welcome, it probably won't help me if its more than a few 10's of dollars per month.
