Im quite new to SEO and confused by what I'm seeing in a clients search console account. The domain has been around for a while, but it now has a new website. It has 4 properties for the same website, allthough Im only allowed to post 2 links here.
clientsite.co.uk http://www.clientwebsite.co.uk

There's also a url for a mobile version which no longer exists, and an unverified version of the url.

Im not quite sure what to do with all of these these. When working in the console Ive been working on the www version.

All seems mostly ok in there, but with new page titles and meta descriptions, Google is still displaying a few of the old ones from the previous site. Is that anything to do with having 3 different properties in the console? Should I delete some of them?
