I've been looking here and there for a web hosting provider and I would appreciate some recommendations.

My requirements are:

For the web, a symfony app, basically PHP+MySQL with many of the hosting support but specially for symfony a few editions of php.ini needs to be made. Support for an op cache like APC too.

I'm running just one python process which uses openface. You can see the requirements here:

some python libraries for machine learning. As I'll run only the "compare" part I won't probably need some of them. I'm using them on my local from a docker image. Should I better look for a hosting with docker support instead of being able to install python libraries?

Finally I have to add that this is just a test project so I don't expect high number of users and bandwidth needed. Is there any hosting recommended? I started looking for a shared hosting but as long as I look I realize that maybe I should move to a VPS, but budget is limited.
