I would to know, please, which host plan should I use for my website.

I explain,
I have a friend who has a facebook group with over 1.5 million subscribers, and he wants a website to share food recipes on it, the same page can be visited by more than 50 000 persons at the same time I guess, especially at the moment when he shares the link on facebook !

I want to know which host plan is suitable for his website to fullfill the need of all the users simultaneously connected to the same recipe's page.

I want at the same time, the least expensive solution.
