which one is the best practice for a website which has a similar product in different countries with different languages.

For Example:
1. Product Launched in the USA. So, they have an English website.
2. Then they created the same tool in the Russian language.
3. Then for Indians in Hindi and so on.

Now, my question is which one will be the best practice for this kind of projects.

Is it

Case: Buying a good tld like example.com or example.io and the create the subdomain

en.example.com
ru.example.com
in.example.com

Or we can create subfolders that will be
example.com/in
example.com/en
example.com/ru

Case 2 Buying separate TLD's
1. For Indian example.in
2. For Us example.us and go on
3. example.ru

Now, which one to pick & why?
