On a page with a single article where there's a title of it put in h1, should the h1 tag contain a link to itself? Or should it merely be a pure text? In other words:

<h1>
<a href="my_domain.com/article123">Article 123</a>
</h1>


<!-- or -->
<h1>
Article 123
</h1>


What's better for SEO? Or are they the same?
