What would be the fastest way to animate 3 minute countdown timer in Photoshop? The countdown is in the following format: HH:MM:SS.

I thought about creating three groups of layers: hours, minutes and seconds. In each of the group there would be 60 text layers representing values from 1-60. Then I would animate the timer "by hand" switching of and on different layers.
