I've been trying to do this kind of design on Illustrator CC automatically:


The colors are taken from an image.

I've done this by colouring each triangle by hand, but since it's quite tedious, I've been trying to find ways to do this automatically.

I've looked up ways to achieve this, but the ways that were shown were either on another software, the same way as I'm doing, or were not compatible with Illustrator CC.

Is it really possible to automate this on Illustrator CC?
