I need suggestions on how to visualize this tendency:


I have list of countries (n in total)
Each country has value (from 1 to 7)
This value is measured each year, thus I have data from 2012 to 2015


Some countries have improved the value since 2012, some not.

I want to show that those countries that were performing good in 2012 have improved their value significantly since then, but those countries that had bad values, have not improved much.

I need to show this on plot or some other good static visualization (without animation).

I am sorry if this is not the right forum to ask this kind of question.
