Creating a geometric pattern in Illustrator based on a square grid of 16 colour filled triangular shapes. The final pattern is a combination of the square & a scaled version of it directly to the right.

Once made and inspected for flaws at 100% the scaled element(s) show jagged edges while the primary square is perfect.

Should I worry?
