I have created the following icon / logo using Macromedia Flash (I cannot afford the new Adobe Flash software). The thing is, when I see the logo on my website on a smart phone / tablet the white icon appears badly. Like it is missing something. How to make the icon more prominent? I do not know know the name of the effect. I want the icon to stand out of the blue background without too much details. If it is possible to do that with Macromedia Flash that would be great but if its not, please let me know.

When information is this sparse, it can also be interpreted "do anything as long as it helps the standing - no restrictions!" I did.
