In a PDF exported from InDesign, I am finding that on most of my tables, the stroke lines poke out slightly on the left side of the table when the PDF is viewed at 100%. Here is an example below (showing only a partial view of the table.) Note the little protrusions on the left side.



They go away if I zoom to a different magnification on the PDF. I've viewed the PDF on multiple devices and seen the same effect.

Any way to fix this?
