I am making a billboard design and getting it ready for print, the background needs to be solid black C:100%, M:100%, Y:100%, K:100%. Problem is that on top of that I am placing a black and white photo taken on solid black background, however the CMYK values of the black are different there (71%, 71%, 71%, 90%) - I need to get those to the same 100% value as the background.

I've tried the Replace Color function, however it didnt work for me - the photo then appeared slightly red compared to the background despite setting the values to all 100%

Any idea how to achieve the results I need, please?
