I know this is dumb and better planning by everyone involved could have avoided it, but in the interest of trying to save the time of recreating the entire document I'm asking for help:

Mac 10.12, Indesign CC

Here's what I've tried: Export to pdf, open with Omnigraffle, save as Visio. It worked when I did a small test document with little detail or text. Now that I've created the larger more detailed document I lose most of my text. (Text box is still there, but is blank.)
I've been working on a service blueprint with a detailed journey/interactions/back-end requirements in indesign and I'm being asked to create an editable document for another team. The best thing they have to edit a document like this is Visio. The strokes and header text all come through in Omnigraffle, but the body text is gone.

If I export one page at a time more of the text is there, but random lines are missing.

Is there a text setting I'm unaware of? Any ideas? Thanks for any help you can offer!
