I am drawing lines over footage in a composition using a tablet with the paint tool and I would like to export the paint layer over Alpha. I have tried pushing the toggle transparency grid button, but still no luck. When I go into my Effect Controls and check the "Paint on Transparent" option, I can no longer see the original footage that I am tracing from. Can anybody help with this?
