I have a PDF that's 40 questions on around 20 pages. I would like to import these on one single long white page in Photoshop CC. Is there any easy way to do this?

When I import the PDF it automatically gets opened as 20 different pages instead of 1 page. I understand that the height will be crazy long, but this suits my purpose.

I want to be able to scroll down with the first page being on the top and the last page being on the bottom, that would be perfect.

: Illustrator: Stop drop shadows appearing on artboard I'm looking remove the shadows shown in the below diagram so that the shadow only appears on the line it's over and not the background artboard.
