I'm having a similar issue creating 2 page letterhead. My letterhead has a watermark on both the first and second (all consecutive) pages. The first page also has a header and footer. The second and all following pages should only have the watermark.

Currently, if I add text it will flow onto a second page that is a duplicate of the first page. I have created the second page how I'd like it, however the text is not flowing to my second page as desired.

If I go into the header/footer area and select "Different First Page" my watermark changes locations and it give me another page.

How can I correct my template so that it will be as I'd like? I am working from a Mac.
