GIF format does not support partial (alpha) transparency, so if you cut out a shape and place it on different background, it won't blend in very well. That's a limitation of GIF format and there is not much you can do about it.

You can either try to match the background color as closely as possible to the place where you want to use it when making the GIF, or you'll have to use another format.

APNG would work well for this, but keep in mind it's not supported by IE/Edge and older mobile browsers.

Or you can export each frame as png image and animate them with javascript.
