I have this "GIF" which is 7 png sequences that I added to my composition, the problem is it's not showing up when I play the scene but I can see it when I pause or drag the time line manually in any speed (slower or faster). Why is this happening?

I think you should go to photoshop and separately save each frame in the GIF and then import it as an image sequence inside after effects. and you can then adjust the duration of all the frames. this is not a fix but it will get your work done.
